All you need to know about shipping your items to us

Once you have packaged up and labeled your items simply take them to your local post office, where they will advise you on the cost of sending the package to us. We recommend sending your items by Royal Mail Special Delivery though this can be expensive for larger heavier items. Alternatively you can select regular first class mail or Parcelforce delivery service, or you can use your own courier service or book a collection through an online service such as www.Parcel2go.com.

If you would like to take advantage of our free or paid for collection service, then simply let us know from where and when you would like the package collected along with a rough estimate of the weight and dimensions. We will then book the courier for you and send you a prepaid label to attach to the package. Please note that the maximum weight for a single package is 20KG, anything larger should be split into 2 packages. 24 hours notice is generally required, as same day collections are no longer available.

Return delivery to you

When placing the order our system will attempt to calculate the return delivery cost to you by estimating the expected size and weight of your order, but we sometimes have to adjust the return delivery cost on your order once we assess the size and weight of the package.

Smaller packages

The delivery cost for letters, small and medium packets is dependent on the size and the weight of the package. This will be assessed on completion of your order.

Free 3 day economy return (UK mainland only)

Spend over £50 and we can return your items to you free of charge using a 3 day economy delivery service, which will either be via Royal Mail or another courier service depending on the weight and size of the package.
 

Heavier items (over 2KG) (UK mainland only)

All items over 2KG will be returned by DPD courier service. The charge is £10.99 for items up to 5KG and £16.99 for an item up to 30KG.

Collections and returns can be made from or to any UK mainland address, which can be either your home address, family / friends, or your place of work.

DPD normally contact you with a time slot of when the drive is expected to call. Collections and deliveries are made anytime between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
 

Free courier collection and return (UK mainland only)

If your order total is over £250 then the courier collection and return is free of charge
 

International shipping

Small International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and charged dependent on weight. Larger orders over 2KG are sent via international courier.
